- To dunk one’s scrotum into the open mouth of another person.
In this case, the word teabag is the act of squats repeatedly on someone (especially your opponent), imitating the act of dipping his balls on someone. Rather humiliating, especially when there’s more than one of them doing it. (Urban Dictionary).
As you can see in this gif, the player crouches repeatedly in the same position to signify either a mockery to the opponent or, the luck or skill the player has when successfully killing off the other player. Basically, it’s game over for the opponent. You can say that it is generally the act of dunking the teabag repeatedly into the cup and which, being applied to the game.
